The ULTRA-YD-E Economy series is designed by Alvarez Tissue Engineering for
people who want to start a business with these types of products.  The ULTRA-YD-E
series includes 2 back stands to hold Jumbo rolls up to 1.5m diameter, an embosser unit,
with 3 sets of embosser rolls.  It will be able to run roll tissue or towels with a different
engraving design, and a lamination unit for the 2 ply towels.  The ULTRA-YD-E
rewinder can also run industrial toilet tissue rolls up to 300mm diameter.  The rewinder is
fed with edge embosser and slitters for these types of products.

After the logs are wound on the rewinder, the tail is automatically sealed and transferred
to the log saw (ULTRA S-90), which cuts the logs into a finished roll at any size
required.  From the saw there is a 5 meter conveyor to carry the finished roll to the
bagger.  The bagger (ULTRA B-25) will make packages from 6 to 24 rolls.  A core
machine (ULTRA C-100) is included in this line to supply the core needed for the
operation of the rewinder.  

This line is completely automatic.  Only 3 people are needed to run, make and pack the
toilet rolls, towels or industrial products.  This line can be operated  by any person
without any prior knowledge of machinery.  

The ULTRA-YD-E is controlled by PC and server drives.  The cost for this line is so
affordable that it will be lower than any 2nd hand rewinder on the market.  The
production is 160 toilet rolls per minute and is specifically designed to make large solid
rolls with very low grammage of paper.
